Begin by digging away the sand directly above the dynamite in the center of the screen.
Blow up the top-most dynamite in the hole you just dug. Then dig another hole to the right edge of the sand bed. Push the second dynamite down that hole to blow up the rocks below.
Dig away all the sand to the right of the third dynamite. Then push it down the hole created by the explosion of the previous dynamite.
Dig away all the sand to the right of the left-most jewel. Then push it down the hole created by the explosions. You're now able to push it all the way down to the transporter using the remaing sand first as ground, then digging it away to get behind the jewel to push it.
Now all you have to do is push the remaining jewels and let them drop down into the transporter.
