Does anyone know if the daemon is also trademarked? Would that make the ASCII art rendition further down in the article also non-free? And if not, would that in turn mean\u00a0<a title=\"File:Bsd daemon.jpg\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/wiki\/File:Bsd_daemon.jpg\">File:Bsd_daemon.jpg<\/a>(currently accompanying the article) is replaceable by, for example,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.freebsd.org\/art.html#contentwrap\" rel=\"nofollow\">Poul-Henning Kamp&#8217;s rendition<\/a>, which is\u00a0<a title=\"Beerware\" href=\"https:\/\/secure.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/wiki\/Beerware\">Beerware<\/a>?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to freebsd.org the likeliness of BSD Daemons requires consent.
