I suppose formic acid is more likely to be found in\u00a0<a title=\"Wasp\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wasp\">wasp<\/a>\u00a0stings, wasps and ants being closely related. But &#8221;<a title=\"Wasp sting\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wasp_sting\">wasp sting<\/a>&#8221; currently redirects to the bee sting article, which to me seems questionable despite claims there that some erroneously refer to wasp stings as &#8221;bee stings&#8221;.
