{"id":5853,"date":"2018-11-06T14:34:10","date_gmt":"2018-11-06T12:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mummila.net\/kommentit\/?p=5853"},"modified":"2018-11-06T14:34:10","modified_gmt":"2018-11-06T12:34:10","slug":"cover2-also-appears-to-exhibit-this-in-single-post-view","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mummila.net\/kommentit\/2018\/11\/06\/cover2-also-appears-to-exhibit-this-in-single-post-view\/","title":{"rendered":"Cover2 also appears to exhibit this in single post view"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My test blog is running WP 5.0-beta3-43867 with Gutenberg 4.3.0-alpha-0841246 (from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/danielbachhuber.com\/2018\/10\/02\/gutenberg-nightly-build\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Daniel Bachhuber&#8217;s nightly<\/a>), and the theme I&#8217;m using is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/themes\/cover2\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Cover2<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/peiche\/cover2\">Github here<\/a>), which also appears to exhibit this in single post view.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve narrowed it down to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/peiche\/cover2\/blob\/f6a8229be7c52d4d52cc2d1cd1aa4baf849c8a65\/inc\/aesop.php#L36\">this function<\/a>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/peiche\/cover2\/blob\/904584f8006a48048db18b945d3663c11d61f842\/header.php#L31\">called from header.php<\/a>), where the\u00a0<code>gutenberg_parse_blocks()<\/code>\u00a0call triggers the issue.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not saying I&#8217;m 100 % sure it&#8217;s Gutenberg and not the theme(s) at fault here, but I just thought I&#8217;d post this just in case it helps to find out either way.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve narrowed it down to a function called from header.php, where gutenberg_parse_blocks() triggers the issue.
