{"id":605,"date":"2006-07-28T18:57:46","date_gmt":"2006-07-28T15:57:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/index.php\/?p=605"},"modified":"2006-07-28T18:57:46","modified_gmt":"2006-07-28T15:57:46","slug":"thunderbird-bugs-me","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/2006\/07\/28\/thunderbird-bugs-me\/","title":{"rendered":"Thunderbird bugs me"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was hoping that <a href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=342784\">Bug #342784, &#8220;File &gt; Quit hangs tb if expunge inbox on exit is set&#8221;<\/a>, being closed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/index.php\/?p=602\">1.5.0.5 release of Thunderbird<\/a> would have solved my issue of <a href=\"http:\/\/mummila.net\/wiki\/Tiedosto:Thunderbird_ahmii_suoritintehot_Windowsin_Teht%25C3%25A4vienhallinnassa.png\">Thunderbird sucking all CPU cycles<\/a> after being shut down, but it looks like it&#8217;s still there. I&#8217;ve been hoping for this to get fixed since <a href=\"http:\/\/mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/index.php\/?p=322\">1.5 was released<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/index.php\/?p=538\">duplicate feed items issue<\/a> hasn&#8217;t been fixed either, and I&#8217;m thinking this &#8216;hanging process&#8217; problem could also be a symptom of TB choking on the feeds, possibly the <a href=\"http:\/\/mummila.net\/nuudelisoppa\/index.php\/?p=81\">password protected LiveJournal ones<\/a>. Guess I&#8217;m gonna have to try and find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.fi\/search?hl=fi&amp;q=open+source+cross+platform+rss+reader&amp;btnG=Google-haku&amp;meta=lr%3Dlang_en%7Clang_fi\">a proper RSS reader<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>P.S.:<\/b> I just installed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogbridge.com\/\">BlogBridge<\/a>, and I&#8217;m liking it!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was hoping that Bug #342784, &#8220;File &gt; Quit hangs tb if expunge inbox on exit is set&#8221;, being closed in the 1.5.0.5 release of Thunderbird would have solved my issue of Thunderbird sucking all CPU cycles after being shut down, but it looks like it&#8217;s still there.
