@guarinex70 Is it a laptop? Unfortunately for laptops, the Flashrom project people recommend not to use flashrom, due to poor support. If it is a laptop and unless you have means to recover if something goes wrong, I suggest asking on the Flashrom mailing lists whether they think it’s safe. On the other hand, if I’m mistaken and it’s a regular desktop PC, you should be okay in my experience. I’ve flashed several desktop computers with flashrom without problems.
