Please provide the downloadable .sis package for Qik Lite on your website. As a misfortuned Nokia user I’m supposed to use Nokia’s Ovi, but it’s a shitty service to put it nicely. It’s not possible to redownload Qik (or any other app for that matter), so once it’s gone from a phone, it’s gone. All I need is the installation package to reinstall, but forcing me to use Ovi means there’s no way I can get the package, which means there’s no way I can get Qik on my phone anymore.

I was going to reactivate the publicity page I used to have for my blog, but found no way to reclaim the username I had for it previously. Currently the address redirects to somebody’s profile (http://www.facebook.com/margina.ali#), but their name has a dot in it whereas my page (http://facebook.com/marginaali#) doesn’t/didn’t.

Could you please restore the dotless address for my use? If I’m mistaken, and the person holding the dotted username is now considered the actual owner of the dotless one too, please let me know so I can claim another username.
