Teos valmistui kahdessa osassa parin vuoden projektina. Ensin rakentuivat verovirasto, pääkirjasto ja kaupunginteatteri. Torinrannasta urakka eteni kaupungintalolle. Nyt täysin valmiina pienoismalli ulottuu katuineen, viherkasveineen ja autoineen kauppakeskus Valkean kulmille ja Uudellekadulle.
